The people behind the primitives
Mainspring, Loom, Cadence, Aegis, Warrant, Ledger — six primitives that quietly run 1,100+ agents in real businesses. Behind every one of them is a person who decided governed, accountable AI was worth building properly. This is that team.
Built from a founder's frustration, not a pitch deck
Clemens Grünberger
Clemens started lastloop after watching the same thing happen everywhere: companies bolting AI onto broken operations and hoping it stuck. He wanted the opposite — a system that first structures a business, then implements it, works inside it, and expands it, with every action authorized, recorded, and reversible.
Austrian engineer and operator. He still reviews the governance model line by line, because he believes the question "can you prove what your agents did?" is the one that decides whether enterprises trust this generation of software at all.
"I didn't want another tool that does impressive demos and quietly breaks things in production. I wanted a system you could hand the keys to — one that always tells you who authorized an action, what it touched, and how to stop it. That standard came first. The product followed.— Clemens Grünberger, Founder & CEO
The platform leadership
The people who own the runtime, the fabric, the orchestration, and the governance — and who answer for them.
Mara Aldegheri
Owns the technical north star across Mainspring and Loom. Spent a decade making distributed systems that don't lie about what they did.
Tobias Øster
Turns "the system that runs your business" into an operation that can actually run customer deployments at scale without dropping a stitch.
Nadia Khoury
Shepherds Cadence — the orchestration layer where agents become a coordinated team instead of a pile of scripts.
Renato Vidmar
Custodian of Aegis and Warrant. His job is the uncomfortable one: making sure every agent action is authorized, scoped, logged, and stoppable.
Sofia Okonkwo
Leads the engineers who keep Ledger honest — the system of record that makes every claim about agent work auditable.
Lukas Hofbauer
Designs how humans stay in command of a system that does the work — clarity over cleverness, always a visible off-switch.

The forward-deployed side of the house
lastloop GmbH · Business Solutions is the team that sits inside real businesses and ships their agents — designing, deploying, and operating them, proven across 180+ businesses. The perfect partnership: the platform, and the people who make it land.
Elena Marchetti
Runs the forward-deployed teams. Has shipped agentic operations into more real businesses than she can count from memory — so she keeps the receipts in Ledger.
Daniel Aberer
Owns how we reach the businesses that need this most — and how we say "no" to the deployments governance isn't ready for yet.
Priya Raman
Leads the architects who translate a client's operations into structured, governed agent workflows — the Structure pillar, in practice.
Jonas Krenn
Builds the agency on-ramp — the partners who deliver lastloop to businesses we'll never meet ourselves.

We build like people who'll have to explain it later
Because we will. Every primitive carries the same discipline our customers demand: who authorized it, what it touched, can you prove it, can you stop it. We hold ourselves to that before we ask anyone else to.
We're a small, senior, opinionated team that ships. We'd rather have one honest off-switch than ten clever features. We work in the open with our forward-deployed colleagues, we measure ourselves against production, and we believe the agentic era will be won by the companies who are trusted, not just the fastest.
Prove it
If we can't show what an agent did and why, it doesn't ship. Accountability is a feature, not a footnote.
Forward-deployed
We sit next to the businesses we serve. The best feedback loop is a customer's real Tuesday.
Heartblood
Austrian craft, global ambition. We build software we'd stake our name on — because we do.
Counsel from people who've done it before
A small circle who keep us honest on governance, enterprise scale, and the things founders convince themselves they can skip.

There's a seat with your name on it
We're building the first complete agentic business system — and we're looking for engineers, solution architects, and operators who think accountability is the whole point. Come help us prove it.
