lastloop was founded by Clemens Grünberger after years of watching capable AI run head-first into the wall every real business hits: trust. Models could draft, decide, and act — but no one could say who authorized an action, what it touched, or how to stop it. So the work could never leave the demo.
We decided the answer wasn't a smarter model. It was a complete system — built governance-first — where agents have real reach because every move is authorized, scoped, and on the record. We built the platform and a forward-deployed team to prove it in the field, in the same company, so the people who ship for clients and the people who build the product never lose touch with reality.
